Exciting things to come!
Big Apple Academy Parent Teacher Organization is working on following events:
- January is Anti Bullying Month
- February is Dental Health Month
- March is Literacy Month
- We are launching a new and exciting Project Called “Class Mom/Dad”
- We registered our school with Box Tops for Education program that will help us raise additional funds for the school
- Family Volunteer/ Charity Opportunities: an email with Family Volunteer opportunities went out to all the parents. Volunteering is a great way to teach children values and to help families bond in this fast paced world.
- Speakers and Workshops (Anti Bullying, Nutrition, Dentists, Financial Advisors and much more)

- If you did not join us yet, it is not too late. Please email us for a copy of the Membership Application.
- Do you know a professionals that would be able to come to the school to do a presentation for our students or parents, please spread the word and let us know. Finding free or affordable speakers has been a challenge and the more of us we have working on this the better.
- Alumni Association- we would like to build a strong Alumni network and need your help with getting in touch with Big Apple Academy graduates. If you know of someone who has graduated from the school and would like to join, please give them our email address. PTO@BigAppleAcademy.com
- Email voting service – we need a parent/parents that can research the most cost affective way that we can email you our members with the issues that we need your votes on.
- Register to become a “Class Mom/Dad”
- If you own a business or know of a business that would like to offer discounts exclusive to Big Apple Academy PTO members, please let us know!
